Laguna Residences

The Laguna Residences are a multi-family development that proposes two homes and an attached ADU within the boundaries of the Angelino Heights Historic Preservation Overlay Zone.

The design results from a thorough analysis of the surrounding context and the neighborhood’s historical architecture. It combines elements from the Spanish Colonial Revival and Transitional Modern architectural styles, but filters them through a contemporary lens.
